What does therapy for adults with ADHD look like?

CLARIFY

We'll start your ADHD therapy by clarifying your core values so they can be your road map to the life you want.  We'll take a holistic look at your life see what areas you want to work on first.

02

ACTION

03

ALIGNMENT

04

MAINTENANCE

You're noticing the changes and feeling more confident.  Your inner critic's voice has quieted and you know you can keep this going.  We'll shift to maintenance phase and reflect on all the hard work you've put in.  We'll talk about what's next for you in your journey.

This is the juicy part of therapy. Yes, I do expect you to do work outside our sessions so you can create change in your day to day life. You’ll be putting into practice the skills that we’ve discussed in our sessions so you can create systems to keep you accountable.

We'll keep fine tuning your plan to create momentum and positive changes so you can start to see and feel the difference.  I'll be providing you accountability and challenging you during our weekly sessions to ensure that your treatment for ADHD is aligned with your core values and what's most important to you.
