I believe therapy is a safe space to show up just as you are and help you learn how to navigate the challenges you face.

You knew motherhood would have its ups and downs, but this new reality has brought unexpected challenges. You knew life after kids was going to look different, but you didn't understand how different.  You've started questioning your sense of self and feeling like you've lost the connection to who you are since so much has changed.

Plus the weight of guilt, shame, and feeling of overwhelm for not savoring every moment of motherhood is getting to be too much.

Of course you love child, but managing everything is HARD. Even your relationship with your partner has changed, leaving you feeling uncertain about navigating parenthood together. You're looking for someone who "gets it" and can support you in the beauty and struggle of this chapter of life.

You're ready to get started

It's time to take care of yourself and find a safe and nurturing space where you can freely share your innermost thoughts and feelings without fear or reservation.  Together we'll help you explore your emotions, clarify your goals, and empower you to voice your own needs. I'll provide you with a safe and judgement-free space where you can let it all out.

I work with women who are looking for support from someone who truly understands personally and professionally both beautiful and challenging moments of this season of life. I'm committed to empower you on your journey to becoming the mom and woman you envision.

My therapeutic style

I have an easy-going and non-judgmental therapeutic style.  I'll be empathetic and real with you so you can start showing up as the woman you want to be.  I help my client develop practical and solution focused steps to help them move towards balance and personal wholeness.   Therapy can be a transformative journey where you can start to make wholehearted changes.

As your therapist I will assist you in figuring out what you need to find balance and relief.  I'll help you learn coping skills so you can slow down your thought processes, recognize patterns that might not be serving you, and help you develop skills that are not only realistic but practical to help you outside of the therapy session.

  • As the proud wife and mom to a dynamic duo of toddler boys, my days are filled with double the laughter, double the chaos, and double the love.

  • I have a strong passion for candles and everything related to pleasant aromas

  •  I staunchly advocate for a balanced life, convinced that harmony between work, play, and rest is the cornerstone of true fulfillment.
