You woke up one day and realized you're no longer recognize yourself. You've been living on autopilot, going through your days not really paying attention to what's really going on. You often feel scattered and so overwhelmed that you're not sure what to do next, so you end up doing nothing.
You once had a good sense of who you are, but you now struggle to identify with the person you've become.

You’ve put it off for long enough and now you are ready to make changes to truly live and reconnect with the inner you and the values that make you who you are. You are ready to take the steps to live fully and authentically.
I work with young adults who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions. Through a holistic therapeutic approach, I help my clients reconnect with themselves and their values to make the changes they need to live happier and more fulfilling lives.
My role in therapy is to assist you in slowing down your thought processes, recognize unhealthy coping mechanisms, and help you develop adaptive skills that are not only realistic but transferable to your life outside of the therapy session.

My approach to therapy is holistic in nature, based on the notion that individuals hold the solutions and answers to their problems within.
A FEW THINGS ABOUT ME:
Though I have lived the island life for about 6 years, I will forever be a Washingtonian at heart. Give me all the grey skies. evergreens, and hot coffee!
The greatest thing COVID taught me was that I am a natural at woodworking and will spend all of my time rearranging my house.
I'm a firm believer that if our society valued mental wellness as much as physical, we would all live much fuller and happier lives.
