Loss reshapes you and it challenges who you are, how you see the world, and how you connect with others. It’s also an invitation to reflect on what no longer serves you and to be intentional with where you place your energy. In grief, we face a choice: to let the memory of our loved one(s) guide and comfort us, or to let the pain consume us. It’s in that choice that growth and healing begin.
Together, we’ll work to empower your inner voice and leverage your strengths to create meaningful change. Whether it’s improving communication with your child, strengthening your connections with others, navigating life transitions and grief, or simply finding balance and harmony, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
We all experience moments that forever change us and shift our perspective on life. I’ve experienced my own moments of disconnection, grief, and starting over, learning to trust myself and lean into my strengths along the way.
You're ready to get started
I believe we all can cultivate the confidence and resilience to navigate life’s transitions, whether it’s grief, becoming a parent, or other major changes. I have experience supporting Latinx families, guiding parents through adoptions, and helping students and parents overcome barriers while navigating new systems. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering understanding, advocacy, and support every step of the way.
I have experience as a bilingual mental health counselor and mitigation specialist, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families facing complex challenges, advocating for families navigating systemic barriers, and applied trauma-informed, strength-based approaches to care. Being bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to create inclusive spaces where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
My therapeutic style
There’s no single ‘right’ way to do therapy, it works best when you simply show up for yourself. Therapy creates space to tend to the unmet needs that may have surfaced through life transitions or unexpected events. I believe in your capacity to heal by drawing on the same strengths and skills that have supported you in other areas of life. Together, we’ll explore those needs and build a foundation for growth, grounded in learning, honesty, vulnerability, and authenticity.
Therapy isn't just the work we do during our sessions, but it's also about you being able to take our work into the real world. We'll engage in a collaborative effort to develop practical skills and resources for you to make the changes you want, in a way that is flexible and honors your personal rhythm.
YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT SPOT.
My goal is to support you in getting to know yourself better so that you can move towards what you care most about in life.

let's get to know each other
A few things about me
01
As a wife, mother, sister, and daughter, I know what it’s like to juggle many roles while questioning if I’m doing enough or spending my energy in the right places. What I’ve learned, and what I hope to share with others, is the importance of embracing the truth that this is enough right now.
02
In between sessions, you'll either find me taking a walk or catching up with my sisters.
03
My friends and family describe me as loving, caring, and thoughtful, plus as someone who makes really good pancakes.
