Life Transitions Support Group for Women

A guided space to find your footing again when everything around you is changing

Support Group for Life Transitions for Women in Puerto Rico

**Next group starts September 2026

You just want to feel like yourself again...

Something major has shifted, a move, a breakup, a diagnosis, a new role you didn't ask for, an ending you didn't choose, or maybe one you did. And now the life you're living doesn't quite match the picture you had in your head.

You tell yourself you should be adjusting better by now. Other people seem to move through change so easily, so why does this still feel so disorienting?

Some days you're hopeful about what's next. Other days you can't shake the feeling that you've lost track of who you are underneath all of it.

You don't want to keep white-knuckling your way through this. You want to feel steady again, not someday, but soon.

If you're looking for a support group for women navigating a major life transition, you're in the right place.

LIFE TRANSITIONS SUPPORT GROUP FOR WOMEN IN PUERTO RICO
Come back to yourself while you're still in the middle of the change

OUR GROUP IS FOR YOU IF YOU

✓ Are moving through a major transition, a divorce, a recent move, a career change, a loss, a diagnosis, becoming an empty nester, or anything that's reshuffled your sense of normal

Want to connect with other women who understand what it's like to feel unmoored, without having to explain or justify it

✓  Are ready to stop white-knuckling this change and start actually processing it

✓  Want tools to manage the uncertainty instead of just waiting for it to pass

✓  Are trying to figure out who you are on the other side of this, not just how to survive the middle of it

✓  Want to reconnect with your values and let them guide your next decisions, instead of making choices from fear or exhaustion

You don't have to figure this out alone
Let us help you feel more grounded

Our life transitions support group gives you a space to be honest about how hard this is even when the change itself is a good one, even when other people expect you to be "fine" by now.

Each week, you'll sit with a small group of women who are also in the thick of their own transitions. You'll talk openly, without having to soften the truth of what you're going through. You'll hear how others are navigating their own version of uncertainty, and you'll borrow some of their courage while you rebuild your own.

Together, we'll work on grounding you in what matters most to you, so you can move through this chapter with more clarity and a lot less white-knuckling.

What we'll actually work on together

Our approach draws on the idea that a life transition isn't just a logistical shift,  it's a disruption to your sense of self, your routines, and your relationships. So we don't just talk about the practical stuff.

We help you:

Get your footing back.

You'll learn grounding and mindfulness practices that help you feel steadier day to day, even while the bigger picture is still unsettled.

Build real coping skills.

Each week focuses on a different piece of the transition experience, so you leave with tools you can actually use between sessions, not just talk about how you feel.

Reconnect with your values.

We'll help you get clear on what actually matters to you right now, so your next decisions come from intention instead of panic.

Show up more fully in your relationships.

As you regain your sense of self, you'll find it easier to communicate your needs to the people around you, partners, family, friends,  instead of quietly managing it all on your own.

This group is grounded in the understanding that transitions, planned or not, welcomed or not, are disruptive by nature. Whether you're stepping into something new or grieving something you've lost, the goal isn't to rush you back to "normal."

It's to help you build a new, steadier relationship with yourself as you move forward.
