What therapy approaches do you use?
We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We'll meet you where you are and use the modality that fits you best.
ACT helps you stop fighting your thoughts and feelings and start building a life that lines up with what matters most to you, even when things are hard.
IFS works with the different "parts" of you — the protector, the people-pleaser, the inner critic — so you can understand what each one is trying to do for you and lead from a calmer, more grounded place.
Brainspotting is a body-based approach that works with where trauma and emotion are actually stored, often below the reach of talk therapy alone. It's a good fit if you've done "the talking" before and still feel stuck.
EMDR is a structured, research-backed approach that helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they stop running the show in your present-day life. It's one of the most effective treatments available for trauma and PTSD.

What can I expect from therapy?
01
CLARIFY
Our first session we'll start to get to know each other. We'll ask questions about your past, get some background information from you, and we'll clarify what you want to work on in therapy. (It's normal to feel a little nervous the first time we meet.) We'll also talk about scheduling our future sessions so you know when we'll be meeting.
02
ALIGN
This is where we'll start to dig a little deeper. We'll meet weekly so we can look at patterns you've noticed in your past as well in your behaviors or relationships. In our sessions, we think therapy should incorporate all aspects of the human experience, so there may be laughter, tears, relief, and realization of what you need.
03
MAINTENANCE
Next we'll reflect on our work together and the hard work you've put in. We want to make sure that our work is helpful to you. We'll talk about if we accomplished what you were hoping to work through in therapy. We'll talk about next steps for you in your journey.
